A fashion forward senior photo session with urban locations and classic styling
Meet Shanee! She attends CGD High School and is a part of my Class of 2016 Senior Model Team in Iowa. She’s very active during the school year, being a part of the golf team, FFA, 4-H and Spanish Club. Then in the summer you can find her lifeguarding at the pool. She’s had quite a few accomplishments during high school but her top three are being named to the top 10 in her class, being a part of the National Honor Society and making it to state golf. After high school, Shanee plans on attending college and becoming a dentist. Being as studious as she is I know she’s going to go far!
When we were discussing her senior photo session and talking about what to wear, Shanee said she didn’t really have a specific style, that she liked a lot of different things and her wardrobe is “all over the place”. She is definitely a girl after my own heart! I personally like so many different styles it’s hard to nail it down to just one! So I knew she would come to her session with some killer looks.
Shanee wanted to do a mix of urban and nature locations for her session – eclectic just like her style! We started off with a couple outfits in the alleys along Main Street in Clarion before heading out to nearby Lake Cornelia for the last 2 outfits.
I love that everything she brought was super cute, but still classic so that her senior photos won’t look dated in just a few years. While her outfits were fairly simple in terms of color or pattern, they each had either a little bit of texture or beautiful flowing silhouettes to add some interest.
