Denver Colorado & Iowa Senior Portrait Photography | Courtney’s Senior Session

To carry on with our senior theme, this afternoon I am featuring Courtney, another one of my class of 2013 senior models! My senior models get the chance to come in for two sessions: a mini session during the end of their junior year to create images for promotional materials and one during the summer before their senior year for their full senior session. The really cool thing about this is you can have two completely different looks and Courtney took full advantage of that opportunity! When she came in for her mini session she was a brunette and then was a blonde for her full session! Talk about a change! During her mini session we played around indoors for the entire session, so when she came in for her second we spent most of it outside. It was a little breezy that day but we were able to find some cool alley ways and places out at the local lake that were fairly sheltered from the wind. We even found a little hidden spot of rocks that is usually covered by lake water, but because of the drought they were exposed and made for a fun background. I think those images, and the ones in the brick alley, are my favorite images. Thanks for being an awesome senior model, Courtney!
