When I pulled up outside the next project Cates Fine Homes had for me, my jaw dropped. This house was GORGEOUS! It had been a model home for the company for awhile but now is the home to a fantastic family. Both Jennifer, one of the owners of Cates Fine Homes, and I were blown away by the landscaping – truely impressive with the copper gutters and colorful plants. Even though I was there to photograph the basement, I couldn’t help but snap a couple of the outside! Then on to the inside!

Simply decorated, the basement was just as impressive as the curb appeal. The homeowner had even taken the time to get some staging props together to dress up the kitchenette a little! These are a few of my favorite features of the basement – the family dog even got to have a cameo in the session! Thanks Ranger for being a great model!
